Plantar Fasciitis Workshop

  • Rhode Runner Inc 657 North Main Street Providence, RI, 02904 United States (map)

The plantar fascia is the point of contact between the human body and the floor.  It is used with every step we take.  Plantar fasciitis may limit a runner's movement and ability to train.  On the other hand, this is one point in the human body that should be evaluated to improve one's running ability.

This plantar fasciitis seminar will go over how the plantar fascia connects to the rest of the body. The plantar fascia may be trained to become to become stronger and more elastic to help runners enhance their performance.  This seminar will go over assessment and intervention protocols to help mitigate plantar fasciitis.  It will also cover the 5 top strength and conditioning excercises for runners to improve their running capabilities.
