Its always easier to get out the door when you've got folks to meet! Our coach and group run coordinator Hunter leads the charge with a regular crew of 30 to 40 runners of various levels. We've got folks running 3 miles, 5 miles and 7 miles as well as some who attend a take part in a track workout. The paces vary from 7 min/mile to 13 min/mile so you're sure to find someone to run with! Stop on by!
