Our 5 Mile Course (New this Year) includes the full 5K (3 mile) trails and obstacles Plus added technical trails, more significant elevation on some of the trails and up to 4 Obstacles not found on the 5k (3 mile) Course.

Kids and Family Waves - Our Kids and Family Waves are held on a portion of our 3 Mile (5k) Course and run midday. Kids enjoy the same obstacles as the adults on this condensed course
