WORKOUT SUMMARY

Join us for a fantastic workout in our New Balance Community Room. This workout/clinic focuses on improving core strength and flexibility with running specific strengthening exercises and stretching. Matt from The Stronger Runner will be presenting the clinic, it will run for an hour and is completely free. Matthew has around 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and is certified by the American Council on Exercise.
