Join us for a new recovery class in our New Balance Community Room. Taught by a runner herself, this class is specifically designed to speed up and enhance recovery from the many miles and therefore, stress we put on our bodies. The flow will focus on connecting breath and movement to areas of soreness and discomfort, such as our spine, hips, and especially legs. No prior yoga experience or any level of flexibility needed. In fact, this is the perfect place to try out yoga for the first time or just deepen your stretching and recovery practices - because let's admit it, as runners, we could always use more of this!
