Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Boot Camp is just the answer! Every Monday and Thursday at 6pm,  Trainer Fabio Figueiredo (2016 American Ninja Warrior) will put you through the ropes and get you fitter, stronger and faster.

Workout Description

A weekly cross-training workout designed to complement your running fitness and challenge you in new and innovative ways. Three great classes a week!

Bring a towel and a sports drink, and get ready to sweat!!
