Bring your friends and get ready to make new ones. Pick your distance. Pick your pace. When you run with this group, everyone is supported no matter the pace. This week we test out a brand new shoe here at the Rhode. On Running will be stopping by with some demos for you to check out on your 3 or 5 mile route. Drinks and Food will be available following the run!
Workout Description
On Wednesdays we Hit the Rhode for 3 or 5 easy mid-week miles, guided by our Pacers. Join us for a fun group run, and enjoy some great company in the process.
