Workout Description
We're rebooting our Yoga class with a new awesome instructor with a focus on bringing the benefits of yoga to everyone, especially runners and walkers. Natalie is an awesome teacher and fantastic person. Her class accommodates all levels and will help increase strength and flexibility for all who attend.
