Are you ready to hit the Rhode?

In an effort to spice up your summer and add some variety to your running we are overhauling the Virtual Series. From June 29th to October 4th you are going to get options to compete, race, and even train. This time around the challenge will be broken into 2 week sessions of either progressively longer distances or relay challenges for some fun with friends. Each two week period will have additional options to complete or try.

The schedule for round 2:

June 29th - July 12th: 5K

July 13th - July 26th: 5K Ekiden Style Relay (4 people run their fastest 5k and we combine the times) - Hoka is sponsoring this 2 weeks and you will have a chance to win some Hoka Clifton Edge’s.

July 27th - August 9th: 10K

August 10th - August 23rd: 10 Miler

August 24th - September 6th: Half Marathon

September 7th - September 20th: Marathon Relay (4 people run, split the marathon into however many legs. Combined times for the team times)

Get out there and hit the Rhode folks. We may all be apart but we can run and and put some miles on together!!!

It’s simple, run your best 10 Miler. Feel free to enter multiple times and we encourage you to try to achieve your best time on either the road or trail.

Mileage

For those of you who don’t need to crush some clocks but want to see how far you can go. Enter your miles and watch the number rise as you push yourself to new distances or as a way to keep yourself moving. Run or walk we don’t mind, just hit the Rhode!!!

Mileage will can be entered between June 29th and October 4th.

Four Legged Friends are highly encouraged to enter their miles with the help of their humans of course!

Starting to rebuild my fitness after some downtime, so turned a 3mi power run on the training schedule into a 5k to get the ball rolling on the virtual race series... this was a fun way to kick off the series and get the legs starting to roll again! Thanks for the motivation!
