Top 3 Running Tips for Fall

1.  Make sure to dress for 20 degrees warmer than the temperature outside because once you get warmed up you won't need as many layers.

2.  LAYERING!  When you are dressing for fall in new england it is always a challenge because the temperatures are always changing.  This is why it's so important to use multiple layers so once you heat up you can take one off.

3.  Another favorite tip that I have learned over the years is to check the outside temperature for when you will be running and to plan ahead.  This will make your wardrobe selection and running plans much easier since the weather in the morning is often much different than in the afternoon or evening.
